PERSONALITY TEST

We test all candidates with a DISC profile to ensure the right match with the company's culture and the specific position. Research from Harvard Business shows that 89% of hiring mistakes are related to poor cultural fit. The DISC test gives us valuable insight into the candidate's behavioral patterns, which increases the chances of successful employment.

INTELLIGENCE TEST
