HR Business Partner

We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to handle recruitment from AZ as well as other HR tasks. You will become part of a less committed team that encourages you to take responsibility, be curious, develop your skills and take on new challenges. As our new HR Business Partner, you will report directly to our CEO and owner.

About the position

Your tasks and areas of responsibility In this role, you will help steer the company's direction and lead key projects. You will work closely with our CEO to understand the business needs and implement relevant HR practices.

 

You will work independently, but still follow the overall HR processes and strategies.

Your primary tasks

  • To run the HR processes in accordance with our goals and vision

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and participate in strategic projects and decisions

  • Own and manage HR projects of varying size

  • Carry out recruitment with a focus on diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging

  • Develop and facilitate workshops

  • Collect statistics and come up with optimization proposals within recruitment

  • We are looking for an independent team player with strong HR skills and excellent communication skills. You are curious, cooperative and good at communicating with management, specialists and our customers. We also expect you to be reliable and have a strategic mindset for optimization and change. Your enthusiasm and drive are highly valued in the company.

  • A relevant bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within HR Business Partnering or HR Management with an international perspective

  • Experience within AZ recruitment, including knowledge of DISC and GIA tests.

  • Experience in managing HR processes and strategic projects

  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, both written and oral
